Buttons are too big, and the black background should have some brushes or some kind of texture to them. But if you make those changes, I think it could be pretty spiffy.

looks good, looks better in blue. but the tables should look different, doesnt really go with the banner and buttons. they tables seem to pop up and the rest dont. maybe try a different effect in the tables.
