Straight to the point, you see those buttons that say:
"Click Here!
To Place An Ad..."

I need buttons of THOSE EXACT SIZES. I am sorry, but
I do not know what the pixels are exactly but I am sure
you can figure that out easy. Anyhow, we need those
buttons for the Beat Tournament.

If possible, make then GIF Animated, if not then its fine.

Here are what the buttons should say: (The parenthesis is what I want it to say if you can make it animated, it should only be like 5 frames at the most, but slow of course)

Well, it dont HAVE to be 5 frames but it shouldnt be like 50 get me?

Oh, and FLY that was pretty sick.. make it fit our Skin Colors
and make one for all three of the sponsors and we will be using them

Yeah, true... It's hard to have off the hook animation with 5 frames. I don't think they are looking for something too complicated though. You don't want the buttons to overwhelm the design of the whole site.
