    Poetry

    with all of the recent hullabullub about text and audio...i figure i should bring to everyone's attention a specific part of text that always deserves respect....Poetry is a worthy pursuit....if you can't do audio ( by the way, calling it audio makes it sound so computerish...) and you don't want to deal with the hatred of textceeing...pursue poetry and elevate in ways audio heads can only dream of...can audio win someone a pulitzer or a nobel peace prize...nope...

    I don't think many of the polished audio heads would appreciate you saying that they can't dream about being a poet. Way to dash their dreams in the sand.
    I've always wanted to be a poet but im not cool enough.

    Sublime, actually songs are poetry that is sung. the first poetry ever recorded was sung. the difference is most good songs aren't as abstract as most good poetry. one isnt better than the other. Many song writers do poetry as well.

    btw... i agree with "audio" being very computerish.

    I don't mind poets except the ones that think they are some sort of superior being. Lots of the poets on this site have a motherfucking superiority complex that could plug an obese seal anus.
