Audio is better because its real, no just a peice of writing but some people cant do it like me so they just write text and maybe whe they're better they'll move onto audio or realise that they cant rap and then leave the website. My point is most people will end up doing audio anyway or leaving RB so what is the point to this thread?

Agreed^^ even though im not much of a battler, there is still nothing like ur heart racing, crowds in front of you, then u hit that dope punchline and the crowd goes crazy. I dont really "do" text, i just occasionaly put verses i write for songs up but text can be good to help elevate vocab and topics.You wouldn't say that if you were wiping my SPIT off of your face after I demolished you with my verbal onslaught!

I don't care if you write lyrics, it's your world, spin it which ever way you want. And since when is poetry considered Hip-Hop? To me if you're on here posting poems, you're a poet, not a textcee. Topicals and that battling stuff is totally different to me.
But seriously, I listen to some of these audios posted and, I hope some of ya'll aren't serious. I mean I can tell people who have an ear for something, and a majority of people posting on the net don't. I won't even post something unless I know it's as good as I can do it, I'll even put a song on repeat all day and pick out my flaws. I don't see that effort in most, so out of all the audio folk on here, I only see bout 4-5 of us wit any real potential. But that's an entirely different conversation cuz what you rap about aslo determines your chances of success.
