download swish 2.0 and the crack... make your sit, export it as a flash file, open flash, import your file, and export it as a .gif

what about only taking certain parts of a picture? ....like say you got a pic of a rapper...that pic already has a background, so if you put it in the sig, the background goes with it....how do you get just the rapper with no background? i tried the lasoe (?) tool but it doesnt work that hot....looks kind of rough...
