Life.Death?/Scared.Not?/After life/No?

Life. Death


Life is considered to be the most important and wonderful event to happen on this earth. A baby born is beautiful and gives life to a child which will grow up and make other little babies.

Death. Death is considered the total opposite. People dieing is considered the most horrible thing in the world. Some die terribly, some die quickly. Some die in honor for their country, but nonetheless, it's still the most frowned upon act of nature.

First off, which do you see to be more important? But before you do, consider the fact that death brings new life. Death to Hitler kept many jews from being killed. Although, life gave bearth to him, killing millions of jews in Europe. Life made the jews. Life made Hitler. Death killed the jews. Death killed Hitler.

IMO, I see both as 100% equal...so far.

Then you add in the fact of what else death brings, the after life. Do you believe in life after death? More specific, do you believe in God or all-powerful being? Do you think we just go away? Or do we reincarnate into a frog or a powerful lion? Or even another human?

There have been hundreds of reports around the world from people saying they have had recuring dreams as a child, some even later on in life, about people that might have already existed. I'm willing to bet I've met somone that this may have happened to, but has just forgot the dreams or "deja vu's" over the years.


I for one, am scared of death. Dieing in honor or disgraceful, even unforgotten, im still affraid of what will happen next. It's such a huge thing to speculate about. Everlasting life after death.


Death IMO, is deffinatly more signifigant than life if there IS such thing is life after death, because therefore, life would have only brung mortal life. While death can put a stop to loss of life, but far more importantly, possibly open up a whole new one...








What do you guys think? Life, or death? Scared, or not? After life, or no?

I wouldnt say I'm scared of death in general. I'm actually more scared of dieing and not being remembered. I see death as a part of nature. Everything is born and everything dies in some form or another. For example I could drop dead right now typing this, and there's nothing I can do about it.

As far as religion goes I'm not sure if there really is some sort of supreme "God" out there, but I do believe there's something higher then us that exist. I guess I'll just find out when I die.

Only one thing needs to be said about life and death. And I say this as a man who specilizes in the philosophy of those subjects. I say this as a man who has studied these topics in relation to each other immensly. I say this as someone who knows shit. And the only thing that needs to be said is:

Cumputers are manmade, ran from manmade power, know what to do from manmade prgrams, and react to commands from man. Who created us? Who gives us life? Who prgrams our brains? Who commands us to do things? A computer can be unplugged from it's powersource, be plugged back in, and function the same. Can we? Sorry but a bad comparison. Why try to explain all of that? Just do what you have to do in life. Believe what you want to believe. No one wants to die. But when it is time for you to die, you're done. I just think people who try to avoid death never truely live. Don't look at death as a scary thing. Look at death as an inevitable thing. I'm not going to get into what happens afterwards, all I'll say is that I am a christian. But like I said , believe wha tyou want to believe.

I'm not afraid to die, I just think all the talk of paradise after death or hell, was created to make warriors more....Violent in battle, and god to explain evolution, the weather and what have you. Spirits were invented in my opinion, when one dude stabbed another dude in the dead of winter and steam rose from the corpse. I do beleive in aliens, the paranormal and all that, I don't beleive any of it is related to after death. Ours brain are very very powerful and if they can be truely focused some badass shit can happen. Maybe 'ghosts' are really just peoples...pets if you will to search the earth for them? A aliens holograph? Who knows, but most of the 'paranormal' things have good scientific backing and are very beleivable - there is no evidence that suggests life after death, and until there is I'm not going to beleive everything the Quran shoves down my throat.
