I'd be suprised if Plasma doesn't have an export to wav or mp3 option. If it doesn't, then save as a general midi file and load the midi file into a program that does. For ex: Fruityloops, Sonar, etc.
Once the midi information is in the new program u'll want to assign real sounds to the midi notes though. Or else it will use the midi sounds which are most likely shit.
