What would be cool....would be if the CIA told somewhere like Berlin that they should be on high alert because there is a serious bomb threat...and all of Berlin have to evacuate their train stations and security has to be seriously tightened--a real fuckup...and this all happens on April 1st...then the CIA should say "Haha April fools"
