When I do that its a set colour.. same with most options..

Right click on the layer yeah? Blending options..
You get that big box full of options.. outer glow.. then just click the colour thing on the far right for it to change?

It doesn't work!
While the blending options box is on.. you cant change stuff on the normal pallette.. until you close the box..
