I'm the bringer of common cold, Lukemia and blood clots,
Female; now something doesn't quite join up the lyrical dots,
Hearing gunshots, a cancer of the brain with one aim to turn insane,
Shatter your limbs with my patter, splatter you lying lame,
Deaf, dumb and blind, like a virus in the mind,
Only femcee to make your intestine unwind,
A rare find; when placed faced down on the operating table,
I'm missing three vital organs, but my blood pressure's still stable!
I cut corners in battle so I rattle those points up quicker,
Lines flicker straight to your liver quicker than a litre of liqour,
Sicker than influenza , or chronic lung disease,
I spit bullets at close range; bow down on your knees,
Bronchitis, my sister had a disease just like this,
Sept' the doctor said something different...
Hepititus, A or B? Or was it conjunctivitus?

Got a verruca on my eye, I spy a wart of some sort,
Used to have night vision, now i only see it in short,
Strapped to a ventilator, told my Mom I'd see her later,
