Week 7 Special Info

It's almost Friday and there are still 3 matches open.
Since yall don't want to vote, we will be making Week 7 a special Challenge Week.

Details:

Each one of you will be given an alias. Battles will be posted but you will not post your verse in them. I will be posting all verses this week. Once the topics are posted, there will be no check-ins and no posting in match threads from anyone other than mods until voting time. Here is how the week will look:

1. Topics posted
2. Write write write
3. I will PM you with your secret poet alias.
4. Respond to that PM with your verse to me by MONDAY at 1159 pst
5. I will open all threads and post your verse for you in the appropriate thread by TUESDAY (earlier if people don't wait until the last minute)
6. People will vote 'blindly' without knowing who wrote what by THURSDAY evening.
7. Real identities will be revealed

Questions you probably have:

1. What if I need an extension?

If you need an extension, you must PM me before Monday at 1201 PM pst

If your opponent asks for an extension I will post 'extension granted' in your thread. If you have already sent me your piece but would like to use the extra time, re-send a final version of your piece.

2. Can I tell people what my alias is?

No! Please don't reveal your secret identity or anyone elses if you think you know.

3. How do I know you wont switch around matches to help people win?

Once week 6 matches close and rankings can be done, I will match people up and PM Spoken with the matches and each person's alias. In the event that more than one person no-shows, matches will be recombined to create full matches. No other matches will be switched after the original list is set.

**NOTE** There will be at least one special guest who will replace a no-show. They are not currently matched up, but will stand in for anyone who doesn't post.

4. Won't we be able to tell who is who?

You might be able to guess who is who in some matches. For the rest, records are pretty close so good luck.

5. What if I think this sucks and I hate it?

Too bad. Folks should have voted on time.
