Doesn't seem like you have a bad voice. The instrumental wasn't bad at all either. If you've been doing this for 8 years, then I'm guessing you've been looking up to the wrong rappers.
You really do need to work more on your delivery and your lyrics though. With lyrics like those, you didn't impress me (or the others) at all.
