the only reason is cuz he tried for punchlines, alot of stupid lines about how "your the new defintion of" blah, which is lame as hell, but Matt had no real clever wordplays, just a bunch of statements and shit.
both ayll need to elevate.

Overall: boring boring battle..wow..i dont even want to talk about it for real....seems like you both rushed, throwing blind punches.....like a nerd fight....but matt had a better verse overall, he hit the most punches with his eyes closed than lies did.....

lies gets it for better wordplay.liked the matt or matte painting line.I think matt didnt really try too hard on this battle cuz the punches didnt really standout or do too much damage. both had str8 flow and struc though.

mostly fillerish, not too much hard hitting, really should work on some personal attempts, and actually put some punches in

Overall:
pretty strong opener, then just fell off from there for the most part

Breakdown
Fairly weak battle to be honest, lies had a good opener, pretty much the only good line from the entire battle, no hate, you guys have the right idea, structure going on, just work some stronger wordplay/nameplay

This was the only line in the battle close to quoting tbh. no hate but both need to step it up on the concepts and punches. matt takes this with this one decent line.
