Re: Agoraphobia: The Haiku
I've never ever read someone take on a haiku in this form. it was dope..i like this new style. the philosophy take on it is a different one but it puts so much more thought and depth into a piece.
Plath-inspired ode
crash lands into skyscrapers
masterpiece called: Death
sylvia plath. nice inspiration.
off-brand contraband
sold to unsuspecting teens
the de facto crash dummies
another favorite one, i feel like every one has atleast 2 meanings to it and thats hard as fuck to do. most people are only able to be 1 SOLID obvious meaning into something but you can do 2 sometimes. this is one of my favorites
9/10
Re: Agoraphobia: The Haiku
I dont wanna go counting syllables on you coz I assume all stanza are little haikus.
This was really creative man. I liked how you were able to talk about largely the same thing all through, within the walls of having to stick to the structure u intended.
This was my favorite;
Quote:
My philosophy
born of bullshit and fool's gold
kills its disciples
Most of the haikus weren't solid enough but I guess that wasn't your intention, you were keen on the overall feeling of all the haikus combined
?
creationism
is not some vile, urbane myth
its insanely real
WORD
