So in the main graphics forum, noobs and other members can request for banners and post sigs that has a cloud filter bg and a pic in the front...
And in the subforum, elevated people can post works of art. And we can have tuts, resources and general discussions about art in there too.
And then if someone posts gay shit in the elevated subforum, we can vote to see if it stays there or gets moved to the main forum.

I dont think theres enough good people for this idea to work. Maybe only 3 or 4 people who reguarly post nice stuff.
i think theres like 10 people that would post 1 thing per week.
but who cares...we could give it a try.
