Voting closes SUNDAY DEC 17th, 11:59PM

Check Ins
If you can't check in then there's something wrong w/ you
I won't be penalizing for not checking in though. Just make sure you drop a bar

No Shows
1 no show gets you taken out of the "in" roster. You will have to sign back in the next week
2 no shows gets you taken out of the "in" roster for 2 weeks
3 no shows gets you booted from the league for the rest of the season

Voting
Everyone is required to vote on 5 BATTLES MINIMUM. CONTENDERS AND CHAMP BEING MANDATORY
1 vote deduction for every battle link missed
Failure to vote at all will result in a boot from the league for 1 week
If your opponent no shows, you must vote on the required minimum to get the win

Battle Rules
In the event of a 3-way, each battler must drop 2 bars; 1 for each opponent
Battler must drop a bar to get a win, even if their opponent no shows/doesn't check
NO EXTENSIONS. It's only 1 bar
NO editing punches after opponent drops
Biting will result in a league/site ban
Recycling will result in DQ 1st time and League Ban 2nd time

Didnt like the whole call of duty concept broke in control nameplay it was basic to me. U can break a control playing any damn game lol. Anyway the np was not creative for me.

You over worded the fuck out of this. Remember KISS - Keep IT Simple Stupid. Will be your best friend when constructing text battle raps man. Keep the wording clean, clear and it will be crisp.

Bro - you could have executed that same concept with half the syllables/characters is what I mean.

You have a lot of extra words/syllables which kills the impact.

Has nothing to do with fitting to a beat, dude.

Has to do with the impact of the punch. Having to read 100 words before getting to the punch isn't attractive and kills off any impact it could have landed rather then having a nicely worded concept executed nicely with a short and sweet delivery. Has NOTHING TO DO with a beat and EVERYTHING to do with Impact/sting.

no im not "knew" to writing lmao
i just come from a diff type of text battling, if you watch battle rap, there are only a few battle rappers that rap as if a beat is playin. (even though u say it has nothing to do with a beat. but u know what im saying, to a beat = short and worded compactly)

but hey, ill try next week what your saying, and watch a mf say "its too short" lmao mfs always find something to nitpick w me

Not all short bar can be transferred over a beat. No.

Delivery and execution means everything - whether audio or text, on a beat or off a beat. Over wording or complicating concepts will hinder the impact.

If people dislike you, they will find any reason to vote against you. That is how it has always been. Don't compare me to anyone. I vote for the better bar regardless of who you are. I also try and leave as much constructive critique as possible, sometimes. I find it - no one takes advice and continues writing garbage to which lately - I have given up on trying to help. Take it for what it's worth and do as you please. You have potential and I see that which is why I'm trying to leave you CONSTRUCTIVE feedback. and i bring up actual battle rap bcuz my bars are more tailored for todays style of writing. thats all
