the best tutorial for ... (please help !!! )

i understand there is all the info i need on this site, it / you guys have always helped me in the past.

im happy learning and reading, but i want to find the corrdct info that is going to help me the best.

i have adobe audition 3 , a normal condenser mic, moving blankets in place ect, and te rest of te gear.

im running my mic into a Focusrite Saffire ..

now i have literally just got Audition, ive read bits and bobs and managed to get some (very quiet) recording.

now i just want the basics on how to set it all up .

can someone please link me to a good tutorial so i can get recording over a few beats.

im happy to learn , so if someone can dig up an old thread , tat would be great.
