I got a few questions.. How do you schedule a battle on this forum? (Call Out Section?) and does it have to be approved by mods?... (Audio Battles and Text Battles) Do You have to have so many posts before you can battle?

Mods don't have to approve it. But you have to make sure the battle is polled. In order to poll the battle properly. Make sure you set up the rules in your post, and then click this option [which is below the post information, DO NOT hit post thread before clicking this.]

And I believe you need either 50 or 100 posts to vote.

And how do you change your signature lol
Click the option that says "Yes, I wanna bleh bleh bleh." then click post thread. It'll take you to another screen that has your name. Put your opponent's name in the other box. Then post the thread.
Signatures are much easier. Go to Quick Links towards the top of the screen. And then go to Edit Signature. There's also a Edit Profile, and Edit Avatar option in your User Control Panel.
Aiight.. Now i can't find the one to change this " i suck too much to post "
That changes after you post 50 times. Then after 100 you can change it to whatever you want in the Edit Profile section.

lol. You should change the name of this thread and sticky it. A lot of people ask these questions when they sign up for RB. My answers seem pretty easy to follow. :)
