He had the better verse all around. Punches didn't hit but they were better than ICU's. ICU had no bar structure while C-Lo attempted it. ICU came with what looks like a bitten line.. the Snoop/Eminem 1. They both lacked in punches and wordplay but overall C-Lo edges this one out due to consistency.
