Let me ask you this:
Would you continue to battle against someone, having read that they have multiple accounts who have voted for themselves, and who has admittedly bitten a line, trusting them to uphold their half of a promise to pay you if they win?
Right now I’m finding it difficult to trust that you’re even the RM veteran you’re claiming to be. These don’t seem the actions of a 40-something year old man.

How about this. Send the $30 to @Wuxia who is a trusted member of this website, and also a former UPN head, for him to hold the funds until the battles are successfully completed. It would be a show of legitimacy and trustworthiness on your part that you’re serious about seeing the series through to completion.
i have no reason to defend HV’s actions, but there’s another side to the story. dude wasn’t tryna be sneaky, he was blatantly trolling. not even trying to hide it. at every point, he let his intentions be known. he straight up told me he was hate voting against me on purpose lol. the Warbux line, i don’t feel like looking for the post, but to paraphrase, he said it was a test to see if anyone knew anything about the history of text/audio by using a line from the most recognized audio head in history.
the aliases came after he got banned. by that time, the battle that he voted on was largely won in his favor, so it was a troll vote, not one that would’ve helped him win. also to my knowledge, it was only one account that voted, not multiple as it seems was reported.
now, i’m not condoning his actions, cuz dude went full super villain lmao. but it stands to be said that some of these dudes on the site did nothing to redeem themselves from the trolling with their elitist clique bs & cowardly behavior.
to be completely objective and fair, without projecting personal bias into it, HV did everything he said he’d do. i invited him here for a battle because netcees isn’t accepting new accounts, as you know because i pm’d sraL for help. HV got here & started the psychological warfare by voting against me & propping up my opponent to get in my head. then when he saw all the other easy targets he presumably decided to spread out the mayhem. that’s partly why i advocated for him to co-run the LL league, cuz if he’s busy, he wouldn’t be tormenting people lol.
now like i said, i have no reason to defend HV’s actions, but dudes are speaking like niggas exposed him tryna be sneaky as opposed to what really happened, a troll-a-thon that exposed the weaknesses of some of the most respected heads on the site.
to frame it as anything else is simply damage control.
the reason i’m speaking up is because what was once going to be one of the most legendary matchups of modern text history has been marred by bitchassedness and is now looking less likely to happen & that’s a real bummer. i don’t know HV personally, but judging by his actions, i don’t see dude as being the type to issue a monetary challenge & then back out if he loses. since he’s been here he’s dropped more verses than the site regulars lol.
that’s just my take, cuz i’d hate to see a good thing ruined just because the site that was chosen to host the battle is home to some weirdos who would’ve been laughed off of RM with their weakheartedness.
