Got Bahriman winning with the surcease bar. Diso bro you rhymed & flowed well but it was playground insult-ish, just missing some wordplay.

I won’t lie, surcease isn’t a word I was immediately familiar with and it took me completely out of the punchline here trying to read it a couple of times to make sense of the sentence. I kept reading it as “sir cease me turn a corner” but I guess he pronounces it “sir sees” maybe, it just doesn’t work in my accent unfortunately and feels unnatural to use.

I’ve got Diso here. Cleaner in concept and execution.

Didn’t like Diso bar. Felt like a last minute throwaway. I think Bah had the better attempt here easily.

Surcease was a nice word, i just feel like it you are going to use the world in this unbroken form it should also match with the sentence before you break it down into smaller phonetics. that's the only thing that spoiled an otherwise fire delivery. Diso's bar was funny,not really original, but i think it was solid all around with a good concept.

I read Baron's vote and felt the same about the surcease word. I thought I was dumb for not knowing that word but shit's just weird and I'm not even sure how it's being used here lol. Diso's wasn't much of a punch but an attempt I felt did more for his bar than that wild ass wordplay Bahriman tried. Sometimes it pays off to take risks and sometimes it doesn't.
