crunches do the top half of ur abs only. leg ups do the bottom half. sit ups do the outside. i'd recomend all three.
in leg ups all u do is lay down on ur back, straigten ur legs and lift about a foot off the ground then bring them back down and without touching the floor go back up. they hurt like hell.
also for the best results after u do ur workout do each of the three until u cant do any more.

Eat a lot a vegatables and nuts.
Those are the top ab building foods.
Also do leg raises.
Running is a good part but you have to be almost sprinting.
Biking helps to lose fat so do that too.
u lift ur legs off the ground. ur back should always be touching the ground, ur legs straight. then u lift ur legs off the ground about a foot in the air. then lower ur legs and before they hit the ground u raise them again. if ur doing them right u will feel it pretty much right away.

Most important is losing body fat and you don't really need to do that much for strengthening to get abs to pop out. You can do crunches, side crunches, and leg lifts 3 to 4 times a week. Stay with low weight and high reps on side crunches since you don't want side abs to get too big.

your to fat aparently :).......... crunches dont hurt unless you are way out of shape. i use to do about 40 a night and ill my abs did was burn a little bit.
as for diet... there is no need i eat what i want when i want i just make sure to work out after every meal thus to equalize the intake of calories and the burning of calories .
like i said before if you want abs quick go buy a abe lounge pro at walmart for like 100 bucks , i usually had a 4 pack becuase i did crunches all the time but that only help the top of your abdomen so i never saw the other 2 but i got that lounge and in 2 weeks the abe lounge sculped my top abs even more and there was the final 2 that i never seen before.

well i got em natural so i only work abs once a week....but i suggest crunches...dont do sit ups sit ups hurt ur back in the long run u will have back problems...go to a gym they have lots of equipment...but u have to have a balanced diet especially if u gain weight easily...if u got a gut be prepared to put in alot of work...

I did it just to see if it does work your shit and it does lol i usually use my abe lounge ...and i still will cuz it is great but this 8 min work out feels like it willw ork as well i did it all nonstop for the 8 minuters and i can easily feel my abs have gotten one hell of a work out....... alternate crunches really gave me the burn lol!
