ummm whenever im depressed i usually sit around for like a week eating as much as i can.. usually somebody will make me smile and forget all about it within for a week so i just wait for that to happen
Well if I were depressed I'd go see a professional. The closest I ever get to depressed is sad and to fix that I chill with good friends and just have fun, all is forgotten.

Tell me some alternatives. A professional...naw, I can't pay someone $20 an hour to listen to me and all they're going to do is shake their head up and down, pretending to listen.
Talk to someone about it if you haven't already.
Other than that, I dunno, my psychology teacher always told us that if somethings wrong we need to talk to either a close friend or family member or a professional and I agree with that. Otherwise, you're avoiding the "depression" rather than really getting over of it, feel me?

You don't have to seek a professional your family doctor can actually prescribe anti-depressants if it is a long term problem. More than likely meaning you are not chemically balanced. It allows more endorphines to be produced which causes happiness. Excercise also produces endorphines so working out isn't a bad idea and it will help you stay fit or lose weight. If its something that is stressing you out lately, cut it off. Taking a break from the things that stress you out the most is actually very common, one of the reasons most corporations actually provide weeks of vacation time in a year. Mainly customer service call centers. The more stressful the job the more vacation time the offer :\.. but yea, if its long term your family doctor can give you anti depressant to help prduce more endorphines.. if its small take a vacation to clear your thoughts.

upps n downs every day, for me i dnt get over it, jus learn to cope.
writting helps me, but guess diff things ull work 4 diff peeps
