Melodic whispers overwhelm my state
With rhapsodic pleaures defaced and ornate
Unspeakable acts commited by axe
Facts stack gory when backs meet w/40 whacks

Dark voices sing to me in morbid tongues
Through frantic rhythms struck by failing lungs
I bleed my lifes work masked by victims slain
Drains me of pain when I rock a mic sane

So I stay murdering while most lay gurgling
I'm hurdling men, some call it 'soul burgling'
Sushi chef skilled I peeled off her barbie doll face
Gucci dress filled w /stab wounds at a frenzied pace

My blade cuts through facial tissue, ain't a racial issue
But more like 'a race to getchu', and erase officals
Symphonys echo aloud while screams hit a crescendo
Arcs of blood dance about in glorious spurts on the window

Cut throat's for sissys, I'll take your face off quick
Then wear your expressions while expressing I'm sick
Pressing a mic to your lips when I'm mouthing the spit
No doubting I flipped when I put a face to the music I script

A modern day leather face...
I rip shows like the faces of those I wasted for show
Face it I'm cold whether it's a mic or knife that I hold
I deal death and spit forth flame with a demons breath
& I've split more brains than tag team whores on meth

Music speaks through my soul...
So I paint a melody in blood on a canvas of woes
Suppose I was asked to put a face to music in prose
I might hide behind the grin of the last victim I chose
& dance in the wind of the majestic speaker til blown...

Why is this being slept on?

Bounce, the 4th, 5th, & 6th stanzas were the most emotion-packed, and imagery-packed in this peice. Your vocab was not only complex, but I could define them in my head too, so it wasn't that hard for me to read here. This was a great read by the way, and the titles you give to your peices are unimaginable. I wouldn't be able to think of these because they're so high in metaphors, and shit like that. Those two lines stood out to me the most. The title alone here is a play on words which told me the piece would be very interesting and I was right.

Your imagery here was very nice, not mind bogling or anything but gave a good, sometimes vivid, mental picture of what you wanted the reader to invision. Your emotion into this was more heart-felt in some places than in the others, which helps the piece in quality of entertainment. Your structure was point throughout the piece, depending on syllable length of the word it made some lines shorter than others. It appears to me that you were going for..... i think.... correct me if i'm wrong.. 10 or 11 syllables a line? And you stuck to it for the most part... It wasnt really any scheme but I went back and counted and atleast it was all 10 and/or 11 syllables.

All in all this was a very good piece.. I'll have to read some others but so far this is the candidate for OMHOF of the month.

great feed man, I really appreciate everyone coming in here and reading.

I know someone asked, this took me maybe an hour of on off on again writting once I developed the concept in my head. I was blowing herbs at the time so I wrote in between hookah blasts while bumping the beat I'm going to spit it to. It was a last second drop for the WOP tourney, nothing too involved. I just ran with the concept. Sounds sick through a mic tho... Dude asking about scheme, well I really didn't stick to a conventional text scheme, this was written for audio and text schemes just do not conform to a beat well.

Oh my fault... thought you were just going for syllable scheme blah blah blah....

Good lookin out though....

i know first u waz on sum lizzy bordon shyt lol, then by ur 5th stanza u was on sum letherface joint...wearin faces n shyt...lmao, but on the real it was a very sane but insane piece, im not sure if u were crazy on sumthin writing it, or u jus felt like it was time to write a descriptive bloodbath..., i noticed u liked using the concept of taking off anotherz face, found that1 a lil weird, the vocab was very clever, emotional input was high, and crazy tho, alwayz seen ur OM'z for reference cuz u alwayz seemed to be "the best" in open mics

wow this piece was amazing, the metaphors and style was very strong and had me thinking throughout the entire piece. I had to re read lines to get the correct meaning, and still had me thinking. Flow was on point and vocab, but the metaphors outshone everything here. Keep it up.

This piece was sweet, man. I'm not a d/rider, I'm a decent writer, but I would love to be able to write like this. Some of your vocab was so crazy, it was perfect, it'd fitted in with the piece so excellently, I can't even interpret what to say into words lol. Just that this was a really nice piece man, and to me the vocabulary you used stood out, I slept on this piece because I expected it to be flooded with feed by now, but what can ya do? I had to reply :)

When i first started reading this it didnt seem that dope but as i kept on eacj line was pretty well put together and thought out well. "Symphonys echo aloud while screams hit a crescendo, Arcs of blood dance about in glorious spurts on the window" that was a stand out line and most of it was pretty much as good as that one, so yea this was a overall good peice, hit up "Just like he said" in my sig. thnx

Wow Bounce, again you leave me amazed. This has to be one of the best peices Ive read from you yet.

The concept, topic, was great. The way you express yourself in this peice is just, wow. I meen, the multies and flow in here, were like one or two words, than a rhyme, constintaly throughout the whole entire peice. This would honestly sound hot as fuck on a mic, which I spotted you said your going to be doing, and that will be phat. The structure was nice here, kept it along, easy to read, never got lost. Your imagiry was though, was just sweet. Fucking excellent. Nothing really much I can say about this peice man, no real flaws. You did great with the metephors and what not. Which its hard to grasp on to, but for the most part, I got your idea. The messege you give in this peice is just, to hard for some kids to see. I love your style.

Overall, another great job. I look forward, once again, to seeing more dropped from you. You are truely a talented fucking writer.

I enjoy your ability to put together phrases of few words, but together, those words have a great impact. Not very many writers can do that.

Ok, one of my few dislikes about your work is that occasionally you are too wordy - you use terminology above and beyond that of the ordinary reader. You don't have to exactly dumb it down - my suggestion is to word things so that the meaning of a particular passage does not get lost on the reader, EVEN IF the reader cannot define a particular word. In this piece, you did a wonderful job of that. (although personally I could define everything this time around, which I can't say is always true.) The point is, you still managed to use some advanced vocabulary while still maintaining emotion and meaning.

Another good point of this - you maintained a good 'flow' without even rhyming most of your couplets.. the result of this was that when you did rhyme your couplets, the rhyme had a much greater effect on the reader.

I only have one other complaint - that not all of the couplets were as awesome as the two I quoted above... lol...
