I would say White-Virus got this because he had better punches, and his flow was bonkers. I really didn't like Agent Skally or whatever's verse because it seemed like he was trying to cram too many punches in there, and his structure wasn't all that great. You really need to try elevating, and work on your structure. My vote goes to White virus for punches, and flow, and more structure.
