Through burnt truths residue I've rekindled lost flames
Melting the frost that once covered crossed blames
My shadows silhouette chiseled at my charred heart
The canvas caught flame and withered into scarred art
Paint incinerated to ashes, were smeared across the floor
My tears flooded the ocean, then evaporated along the shore
Eroded faces cloaked on fractured reflections vieled by smoke
Exhaling doubts my rusted lungs choked breathing in new hope
Finally acquired matches that easily ignited, illuminating desire
Drenched entirely in gasoline i reached out, touching the fire...

Olympic torch gleaming with a scorching fire beaming
Inspired a mans dreaming an influenced a fluent feeling
A pursuant of great healing threw construing lifes sense
Carrying many burdens strategically hurdling lifes fence
With strife’s tense immense he sent hence to insecurities
Boldly stood on his one foot an put to soot his impurities
With obscurity the past he’s passed the heat for the flame
Filled with pride deep inside weeping eyed he proclaimed
I’ve subsided in pain as yearning the same burning desire
He clutches his flaming torch as he at last touches the fire

Legends. Str8 up im nominating this. Great piece. Everyone had great emotional pieces, but i think i enjoyed the middle one most (i think telekenetics). All had imagery, and the whole concept was great. Nominating this...

I would have to agree with Bloomquist, this was unbelieveable. I don't even think that I could pick out one part and say it was better than another. The whole thing was jumped off the screen and told a story. Props to all three of you...nice work.

Holy shit. Breath taking. Great multi's. The words themselves fit together powerfully enough, to make it all rhyme this well is a true skill...which you obviously have. Great job..

Very powerful line. I liked how your verse seemed a little more personal, like it went a little deeper. Still as well written as the first two. Great flow as well.

Nicest line...being that I am a spick...I could'nt get it out of my head...This was an overall great collaboration of everyones part...Flowed into each other nicely and gave the title much meaning
