It really is difficult for me to relate to struggling to not drink soda. I haven't had soda in years, I am confident in that... BUT I will say - Good stuff on the 30 down. Also, get out man... like you have to be home too much or in high eating potential situations.

Also, stop saying things "I will gain them all in the Holiday"... Have conviction.

Get healthy. Get a new hair cut. New clothes. It will feel better than anything you could ever eat.
