I just know that's high. Unless the house had that existing carpet that was glued to the floor and they had to do extra labor. I had nice carpet installed in my house for 1200 and it was nice. Idk could be ur area tho.

And if u reselling I wouldnt be putting top of the line shit in it. Midgrade shit would suffice.
