The battle section is getting too clogged imo. All these battles going up and most of them aren't getting votes to be closed. It's gonna be pages of open battles soon if we don't do something about this ASAP. @KnowP @Kontext

I think this rule should be enforced

"17. Only 5 open battles in FL at a time once the sixth one is opened and the offender drops a verse he will be dqued"

And put the link rule back at 3 links instead of 2.
