I personally thik that with everything thats going on we need to get organized. I think it would be a good idea for our leaders to set up a ranking system as well as divide the current meembers into certian catagories suchs as topical heads, battlers ect. It just seems real kaotic over here right now and this is a suggestion that I think would help to change some of that.

P.S. I think everyone knows that Word is gone but I'm not sure who all is in the crew now. You might want to address that also.
