most agree that is not the correct way to do a hammer curl because it splits the work between the long head of the bicep and the brachialis when you could just do cross body hammer curls and a concentration curls variants
Well I do both concentration and this, but I was doing standing hammer curls.
i've gone up to 100lbs dumbbell hammer curls with come rocking cause it 100lbs! and i get about maybe 4 reps in

..and Spanja , yeuh that does help out alot with curls by moving your hips side to side. I even tried going heavier with curling barbels and I swayed up then back JUST a little and I liked it. I even was getting more reps in...well bc I am cheating a bit. but there's no pain. Before I was trying to keep my back still and straight as possible, but fuck that now lol.
busted out 2 sets of 10 concentrations each arm, 2 sets of 8 pull-downs, 3 sets of 8 light standing curls, a set of o' negative concentrations each. . . i went slow and REALLY could feel it on the later sets. . . felt like i was doing negatives even before i did them almost. .
imma see how i feel saturday night and adjust accordingly. . .
I'm a vegetarian aside from fish and eggs, so you gotta keep that in mind. . .
Meal 1 - 1 cup plain oats, 1 piece of dry toast - 400 cals
Meal 2 - 2 handfuls of almonds - 400 cals
Meal 3 - Flaxseed, can of tuna, apple - 400 cals
Meal 4 - Cup of white rice - 400 cals
Meal 5 - 2 scrambled eggs - 200 cals
sitting at roughly 1,800 calories a day, as i'm trying to cut fat too. . . sitting at 215 :(
supplements or diet amendments you can suggest?
