Re: The Horror Movie Thread
The Crow is being remade and I think that's a great disservice to Brandon Lee, who brought that character to life, with a level of passion that I didn't see again until later when Heath Ledger did Joker. BUT then again Heath ended up getting the same treatment, although I'm more susceptible to the Joker character being recasted because, obviously, it's iconic. But to me, The Crow was iconic because of Brandon Lee's portrayal of a character that wasn't really all that popular to begin with. I'm also aware there were Crow sequels but I didn't watch them because, well, Brandon Lee LOL.
Re: The Horror Movie Thread
I was fine when they said Jason Momoa was going to be Eric Draven BUT he dropped out and now it's Bill Skarsgard. While Bill is amazing in horror, The Crow is action so I'm skeptical but not against it.
Re: The Horror Movie Thread
I was going to watch the purge movies we had a real life purge in Louisville
Never watched the movies in Detroit they did that the day before Halloween and called it devils night

Yeah Bill Skarsgard is awesome, but like you said, action. But hey, if Robert Pattinson can pull off Batman the way he did I'm sure he can do something with The Crow.
Re: The Horror Movie Thread
Bill has a movie coming out that'll show whether or not he can pull off the fight scenes in The Crow.

I've been watching The Werewolf Game, which is 7 movies, and it's some fucked up shit. LOL. Then I'll finish with Tokyo Gore Police and Meatball Machine.

Trick or treaters anyway
Re: The Horror Movie Thread
Tokyo Gore Police is gnarly.
Re: The Horror Movie Thread
I'm watching this horror/thriller called 2LDK. It's about 2 aspiring actresses that live together and just had an audition earlier in the day where they were also the final 2 in contention for the role. They pretend to be nice and cordial with each other about who will win the audition, but things have started to escalate with subtle insults disguised as small talk, where I'm at right now they are starting to get a little annoyed with each other, well, they were always annoyed but more verbal, apparently its suppose to devolve into a fight for survival lmao. It's great so far.
Re: The Horror Movie Thread
Excellent movie. They fucked each other up. It was hilarious.

Alright. I have it now. I'll watch it later today and let you know what I thought. I'm watching a TV series called Gannibal right now about a village of cannibals.

I don't watch Christmas movies. At least nothing but the classics. I haven't watched a new Christmas movie since Jingle All The Way. National Lampoon's will forever be my go to. But that isn't until December.
