^ not really, the bigger the amount the longer it takes to near the end of a season, and the longer the playoffs take, and the more no shows and more everything that is bad happens. so yeah.

I'm not sure, but in the past it's been okay if the delayed person's opponent agrees. But there's been some sweeping changes since i was away so i wouldn't take that as a garantee.
