It was intentionally worded poorly to make it harder to get the PMS part. The 3 voters got a pm whining that they didnt understand it and how I just outsmarted them.

And to comment on earlier posts I am on the line of thought 3-0 is too quick to close a battle in this league. Requiring more votes and requiring more votes to win will go hand in hand to up voting.
