Ip points to geo tags, geo tags points to house from there I can pull of property records and find out information about everyone that lives in that house for legal reasons obv

Tracking an IP means nothing. That information only gives you the internet provider. I don’t see how Geo Tagging an IP will reveal satellite location if the IP isn’t linked to any type of address?

Vpn or not an old account will have a long array of ips they have ever used and can be traced to the last known ip with real geo tags literally have a script that does it

If I get an old ip I might find an old address but I can look that old address up and find the people that live there and look up there current place of resident based off an old addy
