As for not knowing what to say about 'anyone here' it's not the person we feed but their work.
This chat section is used for whatever comments you like regarding open mike.
When we go into a pieces that someone has written, that's generally for 'feed' only (our thoughts) regarding that piece of work.
So chat here, feed there lol.
I hope this helps you out.
Oh and, I think there's two feedback links required in om, when you drop a piece of work that's yours.
So you need to comment on two lots of work, and then copy and paste the 2 links onto your page.
The feed doesn't have to be huge, just genuine.
