you can't put a custom avvy on our dove account, as you have less than 100 posts on it.
On the PleDge account, you could do it.
You go into User CP, and on thye left there is a menu. Choose edit avatar. Then scroll to the bottom of the screen and click browse. Find your desired avatar. Make love to baz.
