The bars I spend time on, the ones I really think through, word them grammatically correct, etc. Get bashed.
The bars I write watching the game, grabbing some grub, stumble upon while I'm with the girl get quoted.

Funny you talk about "Grammatically correct". I use to type bars in perfect grammar and I realized there's something weak about a grammatically correct verse. the syntax/tone is wack. I learned if I type the bars how most people on the coasts speak, then I'll get a better reaction. I'm East, so I think I got a favorable crowd on RB if I write some cool bars.

sometimes trying to hard makes the punch come off as wack
has nothing to do w/ superbrain creativity or w.e
either the angle is wack in its inception or it doesn't resonate. point blank period pretty much
none of u are dropping bars that are too complex. n if u really think that then u need a reality check.
