Honestly the two most popular spots Geno's & Pats in Philly have gone down hill a bit, too much like an assembly line and sometimes seems like the foods losing its attitude... Tony Luke's, or Jim's on south street may be supplanting them for the best in town no doubt.. But when I'm down in NC I can't find a good cheesteak hardly fucking anywhere (Greensboro) ... And 79% of the places don't know how to correctly make a buffalo chicken cheese steak, they be like, so... U want tenders on a sand which with buffalo sauce? ... No mother fuckers... Chop that shit up on the flat top - damn!
