like if two people have the same percentage wise, the member who was more active across the site gets the nod ahead of the one that doesn’t

Hey everyone, I rewrote the standings to use the Bayesian Average. So it is weighted. and handles things better.

Its a weighted average that uses a couple of things. it is hard for me to write the mathematical formula out here.

to sum it up though it takes into affect the percentage, the wins/losses, and the last time someone logged in.
