Its pretty much impossible for anyone to obtain there goal weight even if there working out, but are still eating the same un-healthy foods they ate when they were over-weight.

Yeah pretty much. You can't magically lose weight. It's a process and food is an important part of that.
I'm not sure what you're looking for to be honest as you don't excercise and eat w/e you want......
Oh and a stone is used to measure weight like Kg's...lbs are used in America...in UK its stones or kg's.

Ive realised I havent been moving off the current weight Im benching for like 3 weeks, and if anything It was getting harder?! So I moved down..I dont know if this is something usual? Moving down to more reps to get past a higher point, but it feels fucking shit.
Just ordered some creatine tonight, first time Im going to be using it, just seems like I havent been improving last few weeks even though Ive been eating like a beast (definately enough protein and carbs, calories in the 4000 range).
Then again, Ive been relying on cheap 'nutrional milks' from the shop as a drink before and after gym, one of these gives 420cals and like 24g of protein. I ran out of protein powder a few weeks ago and like an idiot havent bought a new one yet, so maybe this replacement is causing my suffering.
Might just order some new cytogainer now, Ive easily lost about 1000 calories a day and some high quality protein cos of this...

That's quite a lot of weight there. With the fat and muscle I weigh around 178 lbs and am roughly the same height.....I reckon I look and feel best at around 70-75 kg which is I think between 150-165 lbs.
If you haven't ever done any weights and aren' naturally muscular then you are right now borderline obese and need to take a serious look at yourself and think about the future.

Nah loosing wieght, has to do with alot of cardio. Start running alot, if your to fat and gt tired easy just do fast walks. Start eating smaller healthier meals, maybe like 5-6 times a day instead of just breakfast, lunch and dinner. 5'6 and 180...I'm 145 and 5'10..better start running today. AND DON'T BE LAZY START DOING SOME EXCERSISES THAT WILL BENFIT YOU!
