Got a few instrumentals done & the verses for our collab written but not recorded yet. I've been mad busy learning C/C++, embedded systems and building an EM conductive fluid signal generator/modulator, haven't even thought about doing anything with the mixtape recently other than altering a track for MV so you're not on your own. Once that first fire track is posted up it'll kick it off again I'm sure. Props to @mal diction though 3 tracks deep

Yeeer, I'd definitly jump in this if yall will have me... I have a Company nowadays & full studio set up but I dont make beats. I do edit and mix and master my clients tracks and my own when im fkking around... Im surprised RB never deleted my old name here lol.. I Drop tracks under Platinum Pistolz these days... I had a Platinum Pistolz name here as well dunno if it got banned or deleted tho... I can have a 16 1-2 mins of lyrics and short hooks done in less then 1 week.. and if a full song is needed I can have something written, recorded mixed & mastered in less then 2 weeks depending on the BPM's.

I was apprehensive until 00:24 thinkin you'd recorded a vocal on your phone n had the track mastered but then it all makes sense when it opens up, better second time round too man props. Hopefully this might get the ball rollin again, I'm just waiting on vocals to get tracks finished but there's no rush for any of it to happen. Anything you wanna contribute would be welcome, if you're cool with @Jack Hallows he's got some beats he was looking to collab on too.

Nice.. you have a Great ear for sound quality.. thats Exactly how it happened.. he sent me a beat while I was outta town on a challenge saying 'what can you do with this'.. I listened in my headphones wrote and recorded the lyrics on my phone and sent it to him & he mixed it lol... Good ear..

Your verse on the 1st track was fire. The other guys style didn't really accentuate your own. I would even say it did your verse a disservice. Perhaps be a little more selective in who you collab with.

I disagree with Wuxia, I think your quality of the recording is the problem
you probably just use a mic in the pc and don't have equipment
I think both on the track came wit it, who you collaborate with shouldn't be a problem at all

Yeeer, Urban If you do need help mixing and mastering for you vocal quality link with me, I can work wonders with low quality recordings as long at the splitude doesn't peak out into red.. turning the mic input down a bit will help that. I use Cakewalk & Protools so if you need vocals mastered for the mixtape link with me n I gotchu..

it all depends on how much money you have... i myself record with a "shure(beta 58a)" dynamic mic w/ a pop filter(windscreen) and a pop blocker and mic stand... a "PreSonus(audiobox 22vsL) interface" and "Sennheiser" studio monitor headphones


that's just what i have ,,, but you can search for cheaper costing tools like:
Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen USB Recording Audio Interface + Mic + Headphones for $196.00

note: if u get a studio mic u'll need to buy a phantom power preamp with a extra mic cord

and if you get a dynamic mic u'll need good editing software(like protools or Adobe Audition) to get rid of hissing
