Hulk was mad corny, but efficient when it came to closing and moving threads. I don't ever recall slow a mod in FL, probably when I bounced and took my 4 year hiatus. From 2010, till I came back December of '13.
I came in 2011 and Arch was the mod then. Slow was barely active from what I remember.
I think the move to RIA is really what killed activity. RIA was pretty active for a while and RB was completely dead and bots took over. Then after a while RIA started dying and all the vets had left before we found out RB was back up and Chrit killed off RIA.
I buncha bad activity choices killed RIA. Niggas was tryna make LLL jr w/ only like 12 active muthafuckas and shit. Lol
