This I disagree with. When it comes down to it, there are only so many things you can actually insult someone for. Fat jokes, like anything, can still be funny and effective, provided they have something that still seems fresh or inventive. It's tough bu doable.Quote:

Well, not everyone who voted on Arch's battle praised all of his fat lines. Most probably only quoted two at most. This is a difficult thing to discuss because at base you're trying to second guess taste. All these punches are different, even if they have one thing in common, and they vary wildly in quality. But we'll all have different favourites. For instance, I didn't much care for Arch's Pull Bitches line, but some people preferred it to the Weight of the World one, which I thought was the best of the lot. The nature of this debate is just such that, even if sheep voting and dickriding are in considerable effect, it's really difficult to clearly show that that's the case.Quote:
