Cities are based off of population. So of course the least amount of people with even 3 incidents would be a higher rate in comparison.

So city with 500 people and 5 incidents number will be higher then a city with 100,000 people and same amount of incidents.

The higher the population lowers the number based off incidents. Do the math.

500 people with 5 criminal charges date result will be HIGHER then 100,000 people with 5 criminal charges.

well I'm obviously using the word murder rate wrong, those list are based on the # of murders not a percentage, who gives a fuck about a list though, go out and experience it,maybe you'll add to the body count, no one can truly know the # of murders, not even the police.
