I break it down in a more historical and epistemological sense and try to rely the least amount possible on myself as I can, I believe the truth is out there if you're willing to care enough and do research :D

honestly, I was mad at God because he promised everyone free will but me but now I know God isn’t the one that took it from me. He just doesn’t cheat like they do.

yeah we all have free will but we definitely all have different struggles, some much worse than others, but I believe it is purposeful and is revealed in due time. the atheist believes suffering is purposeless and tries to avoid it at all costs, but unfortunately it is a reality of life and does have meaning :)
