I can explain this.

Person B dropped the same punch as person A, so of course voters have already seen it somewhere - it was in Person A's verse. The voters then quite understandably point out that it is now played, and consider it wack for this very reason. In an ideal situation, Person B would learn from this feedback and in future would try to drop more original lines. I am unsure why you are having such trouble with what is a fairly fundamental concept in the world of text battling.
