first to 3 is dumb unless it's ko rules. we never really done ko rules here.

also it depends on the battle hack, if we did that, the records wouldn't be updated automatically.

it's just as easy to get 5 circlejerkers as 3.

sudden death rules would be better, so who ever is in the lead by voting due date would win the battle, we can make the voting due date a week from when verses was dropped, but then you probably woulnd't even get votes in a weeks time, and also that would require a rework in the battle hack to.

I go by the old school way when votes are lacking.

3-0 KO
or 1st to 5 AND up by 2 wins.

Being up by 2 votes is a must and is important, tho.

That's just me tho. For a place like FL - it makes sense. So the battles aren't sitting there for months on out. There should be voting deadlines on every battle for an example, Battle posted today then voting deadline a week from when battles posted unless there aren't enough then the deadline can be extended at the MODS discretion.
