Yeah I'm only grinding like this right now because I am still rebuilding the brand/operation. They weren't ISO9001:2015/AS9100D when I came on board, and didn't have any documented processes/work instructions. I've grown the sales 47%, staff by 30%, expanded the operation and built the QMS from the ground up over the last 3 years. I have 22 people reporting to me including 3 managers, so I still have my hands full. Delegation still a work in progress, I can't hand off critical processes/responsibilities until I am confident my employees can handle it properly. Almost there, I think by this time next year I will be back to rolling in around 9:30 and leaving at 4:30. That's what my original schedule was until I realized there was no fucking way I could get everything done in that time span.

@Fresh. I play chess. And Go, too. But I'm more into like, word games these days. You ever do Spelling Bees? Not on apps or anything but the real shit? We have like this Open Mic thing where we do exhibitions. It's alot like KOTD and URL but instead of rap battles we spell words and shit, and we have actual judges who make sure we spell the word right. We used to do the Smack DVD thing where we would record exhibitions and sell them at flea markets but then one of our sponsors wanted to package them with some weird ass fetish porn and we weren't getting the same return on investment.
