Had I been sent a friendly PM outlining the keypoints of 3victions argument, I would have then confronted Zunto about it, and I would have listened to both sides then based my judgment on my own findings after meticulous study of the evidence. However, 3viction decided to take his argument to the chat, which ended up swaying the result of the battle in his favor. I cannot in good faith allow this behavior to continue. Therefore a DQ is indeed warranted.
